Tsubame Patent Attorney firm was founded in Spring 2004 with the aim of providing full support to patent applicants: from assisting with the polishing of the application, to the transferring of technology. In order to make this possible, our firm employs experts in a wide range of scientific fields, in technology and in intellectual property law. We also have long-standing business relationships with many organisations in Japan and abroad. The most significant of these is our alliance with firms in Korea and China. Called the Asia Patent Alliance, this system enables us to offer package deals for entry into the national phase in two or more of the three countries. We act as the representative office, taking your requests and payments. We then co-ordinate filing on your behalf - simplifying the process and giving you a strategic advantage.
